Tulipa gesneriana
One of the tulip world's biggest talking points in recent years and it's easy to see why. Nature has truly created perfection here - the large double flowers in pale tones of pink and apricot that fade towards the edges are hard to take your eyes off. Is a late variety that blooms in May on 40-45 cm high stems.

Planting advice
Plant the bulbs in groups of at least 3 bulbs, about 12 cm apart. The bulbs should be planted about three times as deep as their height. Mix some bone meal into the soil for the best start. As soon as the bulbs emerge in spring, spray with TRICO Garden to protect against deer. Pinch off over-bloomed flowers but let the leaves wither so the bulbs can gather strength for next year.
