Narcissus
This is a lovely double daffodil that produces clusters of creamy white flowers with an ivory centre. The flowers grow on graceful stems that grow to about 35-40 cm tall. They have a soft, sweet scent. Daffodils are fairly deer-resistant. They are also perennial and spread freely from year to year. A definite favourite in our gardens.
Flowering time: April-May
Height: 35-40 cm
Number of bulbs: 5 bulbs
Size: 15/17
Planting advice :
Plant the daffodil bulbs about 3 times as deep as the height of the bulb in well-drained soil. Sprinkle in a little bone meal to nourish the bulb. Space the bulbs about 10-15 cm apart. The daffodils will form side bulbs and multiply as they grow. Plant in sun to partial shade.
